At TRS Healthcare, we always want to shine the spotlight on our travel nurses. We know how hard they work, and we want to celebrate them for their dedication.
If you know a TRS nurse who gives their all each and every day, tell us about them! We accept nominations throughout the year and announce monthly winners. Then, at the end of the year, one of these monthly winners will be selected as the Nurse of the Year!
Each monthly winner and select nominees will be featured on our social channels and celebrated among the TRS family. The Nurse of the Year winner will receive our grand prize—a special gift for the nurse AND a donation on their behalf to a healthcare-related charity!
To us, a Nurse of the Year candidate exceeds expectations in their field. It’s someone who provides compassionate care and makes a difference in both patients’ and team members’ lives.

Our 2023 winner, Cynthia Wilson, RN, has been working with TRS Healthcare since 2021. She says her favorite part of working as a travel nurse is that she gets to meet new people and be part of their healing journey.
