Travel nurse assignments through TRS Healthcare are typically 13 weeks, but some assignments can be anywhere from 8 weeks to 26 weeks. Assignment length is dependent on healthcare facility needs, your availability, and whether you wish to extend your contract with the facility after completion of the original contract. No, you do not have to sign a long-term contract with TRS Healthcare. The contractual relationship between you and your TRS recruiter is strictly on an assignment-by-assignment basis. No, TRS Healthcare only offers travel healthcare assignments within the U.S. We do not list jobs outside of the U.S., nor do we partner with international healthcare facilities to offer foreign travel.
